A NAME CHANGE, A NEW FOCUS ON GAMES ONLY AND A NEW PLEDGE

San Diego, CA –The LZG Games & Toys, LLC announces a name change of its company to 3‑4‑5 Games, LLC. With a focus on games only, 3-4-5 Games, LLC continues on the vision of developing, manufacturing, marketing and selling games based on ancient games from all over the world but with a new and modern twist. 

Dahmane Dahmani will be the CEO and President of this new company. The previous executives Yanni Dahmani, Annya Dahmani and Katia Dahmani will have a new role as Technical Advisors.

Our Mission: to develop and market social games based on ancient games that are either forgotten or lost throughout our history.

Our Vision: to make our unique board games ubiquitous at every home and social gathering, coffee shop, after school activity, camp, social club and tournament.

Furthermore, in continuing in supporting our customers and communities, 3-4-5 Games, LLC is making a major PLEDGE & COMMITMENT:

FOR EVERY GAME SOLD WE PLEDE TO DONATE A SIMILAR GAME TO YOUR FAVORITE CHARITY OR SCHOOL OF YOUR CHOICE.

In addition to a name change and restructuring of the company, we announce that 3-4-5 Games, LLC has terminated the licensing agreement that it signed on December 27, 2007 with Jax, LTD (acquired by Goliath 2019) on its very popular game LinkO™.

We would like to thank Jax, Ltd—in particular its CEO Cindy Levine—for the opportunity to work together on launching our first game Zingamino™ that became LinkO™. 

In other news, 3-4-5 Games, LLC is also launching its new and updated website: www.3-4-5-Games.com. This new website has a good description and history behind each developed game. 

In light of the pandemic of covid-19 and the resurgence of board games during social-distancing, we are working in developing and launching new games in 2021.
